Stephenie M. får alltså en alledes egen serietidning som kommer handla om henne själv ovh en vääälkänd vampyr ;)

Såhär skriver Reelzchannel.com om det:

"The creative force behind The Twilight Saga, Meyer has been selected for membership into a very exclusive club. Joining the ranks of Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey, and Princess Diana, she will be immortalized in the comic book series Female Force.

The bio comic will examine Meyer's rise to popularity with the Twilight Saga novels, the movie franchise, and her plans for the future. We have it on good authority that the story will be narrated by a very recognizable and iconic vampire. (We're guessing it won't be Lestat.) An alternate 40-page collector's edition will also include a history of Forks, Washington.

Bluewater Productions, the publisher behind the Female Force series, aims for the comics to offer "a broad examination of strong and influential women who are shaping modern history and culture." Stephenie Meyer's comic book treatment will "tell her story in a very fun, respectful, and unique way," says Bluewater's President Darren G. Davis."

INGEN naken scen i New Moon!!!

Chris/Summit har gett ut ett meddelande idag om att Naken-scen-grejen baar var ett slags skämt och att Jamie är väääääädligt duktig skådespelare som lyckas lura oss alla xD

"Dear all,

Jamie (Campbell-Bower) has what you might call adry sense of humor and almost managed to convince me — which is why he’ssuch a good actor. Robert's favorit scen i New Moon

Rob har gjort ett uttalande om vilken hans favorit scen i NM är:

"Robert Pattinson’s favorite scene from ‘New Moon’ is the breakup scene between his character Edward Cullen and Kristen Stewart’s character Bella. Pattinson spoke a bit about why the scene was so interesting to him at Comic Con this past week.

“I think my breakup scene was my favorite scene. I mean, hopefully it’ll come off as having quite a few more levels than the relationship in ‘Twilight’. It was interesting. It was like a five page long dialogue scene. That didn’t happen at all in the first one and it’s quite an interesting little moment. It completely bypasses all the supernatural elements of the story, as well, which I found quite interesting.” Pattinson explained.

Taylor Lautner also commented on his favorite scenes - saying he liked the breakup scene between his character Jacob and Stewart’s Bella the best.
“It was also painful to shoot because it was thirty five degrees and we were being poured rain on, rain tower rain which is straight from the spring so it’s ice cold. Yeah, it was bad, and I wasn’t really wearing much.” Lautner commented."

Tack! och Stephenie inte med i New moon!

Tack Sandra (the Twilight Saga) och "J" (http://thetwilights.blogg.se/) som tipsat om våran lilla "kampanj"

Hittat på The Twilight Saga:

Stephenie Meyer kommer inte att vara med i New Moon filmen, hon hade en lite statist roll i Twilight på cafet där Bella och Charlie äter.

I scenen sitter hon o skirver på sin laptop (hon skriver "Breaking Dawn" :D) och får sin mat ;))

men i New Moon kan vi inte vänta att se henne:

"In an interview with Time, New Moon director Chris Weitz says series author Stephenie Meyer will not have a cameo in the movie and that he ”feel(s) bad about it” and ”had kind of forgotten that she had a cameo in the first one [Twilight].”

tråk, menmen hoppas att hon fått vara påinspelningen iaf o hjälpa till att förmedla mera av sin och våran värld :D

Jackson uppfyller en döende tjejs sista önskan!

Jackson Rathbone (Jasper) ska alltså uppfylla en tjej som är döendes sista önskan om att få följa med honom backstage på sin turne med 100 monkey's:


Twilight star Jackson Rathbone is making a dying fan's dream come true - by treating her to a behind-the-scenes tour of his band's upcoming concert. The actor, who played Jasper Hale in the vampire love story, spends his spare time performing with two friends in the rock group 100 Monkeys.

And when Rathbone heard that a Twilight fan is suffering from terminal cancer, he vowed to make her dreams come true. He's offered to let 14-year-old Dorothy hang out backstage with the band at Saturday's show in Dallas, Texas - and the star is convinced the selfless act is the least he could do.

The 24 year old says, "We're all very lucky people and helping others makes us who we are."

tänkte på det idag när jag skrev om detta med sammarbete bloggar emellan o jag sak peppa till andra bloggar där jag hittar info! (vissa vill inte göra detta då dem är rädda att läsarna ska byta blogg men jag anser att det blir mera folk då man kan peppa varanndra :D)

I guess I should ask you about the actual movie. How done is it?

Chris: It's pretty done. It has to be done. It has to come out on November 20. Which means we sort of have to hand it over October 30. Which means the picture has to lock August 30. And so in a few weeks it'll be locked, the visual effects are in good shape, all the R&D on the more complicated, more ephemeral effects is being completed.

Me: How weird was it, stepping into somebody else's franchise?

Chris: It was a bit odd at first. But then again it's pretty amazing to have a huge fan base just dropped into your lap. And it was a pleasure to be able to deliver faithfully on a book. WithGolden Compass I felt that by being faithful to the book I was working at odds with the studio. But Summit understands that it's Stephenie Meyer's world, and really it's about recreating the experience the reader has, in some kind of faithful manner. Creating a picture that doesn't violate too badly the picture they have in their minds.

How closely did you follow the look-and-feel of the first movie in New Moon?Did you want to make it your own? Or do a seemless transition?

Chris: I think there's a balance possible. I do want to make it my own, and I'm not really interesting in tweaking the world in the digital intermediate so that it gets this kind of blue gloss which the first movie had. I'm much more interested in having a fuller palate, and a richer palate. And we're able to shoot some scenes in sunlight, eventually, which is really kind of nice. And to shoot interior scenes that have a kind of rounded glow to them, like the Volturi ... bad-guy headquarters, for want of a better term.

I liked the vibe between Bella and Jacob. It felt real, but also different from the way she interacts with Edward.

Chris: Taylor's very much like the character, tremendously sunny and upbeat. And Kristen is very protective of Taylor, actually. He's 17 now, and Kristen's been working since Panic Room if not before that. She wanted to make sure Taylor was protected from the world, and that works perfectly with the dynamic of the book.

Summit Entertaiment om det hela "Victoria Deal"

såhär uttalar sej Summit:

We at Summit Entertainment are disappointed by Rachelle Lefevre’s recent comments which attempt to make her career choices the fault of the Studio. Her decision to discuss her version of the scheduling challenges publicly has forced the Studio to set the record straight and correct the facts.

* Ms. Lefevre’s representatives were advised as early as April that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE was expected to start shooting in early August.

* If Ms. Lefevre was, as she describes “passionate,” about being part of THE TWILIGHT SAGA, we feel that she and her representatives would have included us in her decision to work on another film that would conflict with the shooting schedule of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE.

* It was not until July 20th that Summit was first informed of Ms. Lefevre’s commitment to BARNEY’S VERSION, a commitment we have since been advised she accepted in early June. Summit had acted in good faith that she would be available to fulfill her obligations both in terms of rehearsals and shooting availability for THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE. We feel that her choice to withhold her scheduling conflict information from us can be viewed as a lack of cooperative spirit which affected the entire production.

* Furthermore Ms. Lefevre took a role in the other film that places her in Europe during the required rehearsal time, and at least ten days of THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE’s principal photography. This period is essential for both rehearsal time with the cast, and for filming at key locations that are only available during the initial part of production.

* Contrary to Ms. Lefevre’s statement, it is simply untrue that the Studio dismissed her over a ten day overlap. It is not about a ten day overlap, but instead about the fact that THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE is an ensemble production that has to accommodate the schedules of numerous actors while respecting the established creative vision of the filmmaker and most importantly the story.
The fact remains that Ms. Lefevre’s commitment to the other project - which she chose to withhold from Summit until the last possible moment - makes her unfortunately unavailable to perform the role of Victoria in THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE.

Uttalande från Rachelle

“I was stunned by Summit’s decision to recast the role of Victoria for ‘Eclipse,’” Rachelle said in a statement to Access Hollywood.

On Tuesday, Summit announced that Bryce Dallas Howard would be taking on the role in “Eclipse,” due in May 2010.

“I was fully committed to the ‘Twilight’ saga, and to the portrayal of Victoria,” Rachelle continued, explaining the turn of events that led to the casting change. “I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules. My commitment to ‘Barney’s Version’ is only ten days. Summit picked up my option for ‘Eclipse.’ Although the production schedule for ‘Eclipse’ is over three months long, Summit said they had a conflict during those ten days and would not accommodate me. Given the length of filming for ‘Eclipse,’ never did I fathom I would lose the role over a 10 day overlap. I was happy with my contract with Summit and was fully prepared to continue to honor it. Summit chose simply to recast the part.”

The star concluded her statement with a regretful tone.

“I am greatly saddened that I will not get to complete my portrayal of Victoria for the ‘Twilight’ audience. This is a story, a theatrical journey and a character that I truly love and about which I am very passionate. I will be forever grateful to the fan support and loyalty I’ve received since being cast for this role, and I am hurt deeply by Summit’s surprising decision to move on without me. I wish the cast and crew of ‘Eclipse’ only the very best,” she said.
