Oscarsgalan 2010 :)
På söndag (IDAG! 7 mars) går Oscarsgalan av stapeln. Där kommer åtminstone tre skådespelare från Twilight-filmerna att befinna sig; Anna Kendrick som har en nominering samt Kristen Stewart och Taylor Lautner som ska vara där för att presentera ett pris!Galan kommer att direktsändas även på svensk TV. Kanal 9 kommer att sända från röda mattan och hela galan. Sändningen börjar kl 00.00 (läs detta som måndag). Då får man se från röda mattan. Själva galan börjar kl 02.35 på måndag den 8 mars och slutar strax efter sex på morgonen.

Taylor Lautner has been getting ready for the Oscars by attending Ari Emanuel’s pre-Oscar party on the 6th March where he was rubbing shoulders with the rest of the A-Listers.The LATimes reports:
William Morris Endeavor talent agency topper Ari Emanuel kicked off his Oscar weekend Friday with a celebration for clients and friends — including Taylor Lautner, Justin Timberlake, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg, Janet Jackson, Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz, Victoria Beckham, Renee Zellweger and Ryan Phillippe.
…Wahlberg greeted Lautner with a hug; the budding action star, clad in a black suit, stuck close to his WME agent, Thor Bradwell.

If you were able to travel in time for just one trip, what event would you choose to go and witness?Chaske Spencer: I would love to see what the Sumerians (earliest known civilization in the world) were like.
In the Twilight saga, if you had the choice, would you have chosen to be one of the Vampires or did you prefer being one of the Wolves?
Chaske Spencer: I prefer to be in wolf-pack!
How exactly does one prepare for the role of playing a man that becomes a werewolf? I see you played Dracula in New York – do you have an interest in these kinds of fantasy roles?
Chaske Spencer: I read the books and dedicated myself to the workout program and Youtubed wolves. Yes, sure, it was fun!
What was it about the role of Sam Uley that attracted you to it?
Chaske Spencer: He is a great character, and it was an opportunity to break some of the native American stereotypes and use the platform to create positive, sustainable changein the world.
What do you think the average person on the street can do to address poverty and make a difference?
Chaske Spencer: Let their voice be heard to their elected officials!
Do you have any plans to come to England and do some stage work?
Chaske Spencer: Not right now but would love to!
Why do you think the Twilight saga has been such an enormous hit?
Chaske Spencer: People can relate to it because it relates to individuals who are outsiders trying to fit in.
You’re something of a sex symbol in the UK but are there any famous UK ladies that have particularly caught your eye?
Chaske Spencer: Kate Winslet.
A number of US stars have settled in the UK and others call it their second home. Would you ever consider living in the UK and where do you consider to be your second home?
Chaske Spencer: Maybe someday. My first home is where my family is, my second home is the UK.
The Twilight films and books are quite sexually charged in an understated/tasteful kind of way. Does any of that sexual tension translate to relationships between the cast off-screen?
Chaske Spencer: Me and Bronson (Pelletier, laughs) just kidding!

Below is the exclusive debut of the final poster for The Runaways, featuring Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning as rock and roll icons Joan Jett and Cherie Currie during their formative years in ’70s rock band The Runaways. We’ve actually seen this image before as a previously released still, but, what the heck, it definitely holds up as a poster image of two young, tough and no-bull rocker girls. The film’s already been well received at this year’s Sundance Film Fest…everyone else will be able to see it in limited release on March 19th, and in wide release on April 9th. What do you think? Game to see K-Stew flex her acting chops in a role that’s pretty far removed from Twilight?

Team Jacob, hold on to your sleeping bags.Chris Weitz, who directed New Moon, the second installment in the Twilight series, says he has read the script for this summer’s third installment, Eclipse – and that one scene in particular is a scorcher.
“I’m looking forward to the sleeping bag scene, I gotta say,” Weitz tells PEOPLE. “That’s going to be very steamy.”

Michael Sheen är med i Breaking Dawn ;)
Adding the list of actors who have expressed an interest in returning for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn is Michael Sheen, who portrayed ”Aro” in The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
This weekend, Sheen’s Alice In Wonderland debuts in theaters, and to promote the film he did an interview with the Toronto Sun about his increasing involvement in young audience-friendly films.
Apparently, despite the fact that his resume spans two decades, his daughter Lily has only just become a fan of his work. Prior to New Moon, Sheen had done Frost/Nixon, The Queen, The Damned United, the Underworld series, and more, but Lily didn’t quite fit the demographic of viewership for those projects.
“Having spent years and years doing films in which she had no interest in whatsoever, either because she couldn’t watch them because they’re too scary, or she didn’t want to watch them because they’re too boring,” Sheen says, “now to be able to do films that are slam-bang in the middle of what she’s interested in, it’s fantastic for me as a dad.”
It seems that this growing tradition will continue, too, if Sheen reprises his role in Breaking Dawn. As you know, only a portion of the ”Volturi” is present in Eclipse, and ”Aro” is not one of those who journey to Forks, Washington in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Some worried that with the absence of certain characters in Eclipse some of the actors might move on and not return for Breaking Dawn. Of course, the same was true for Sarah Clarke (”Renee”) from Twilight who was not present in New Moon but did indeed come back for Eclipse.
The Toronto Sun, however, might have just dispelled any concern that Sheen has found better and brighter by reporting the following: ”Although his character is absent from this June’s next Twilight movie, Eclipse — “I can sit back and watch all the others have to go through that again,” he says, smiling — he will likely return in the fourth, Breaking Dawn.”
Good news, right? Now, if only we could ensure Sheen recognizes that there is no ”r” in ”Bella” . . .
